Returns and exchange

Last updated: 22.06.2026

These terms are based on the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights and apply if you buy as a consumer (for personal use).

1. The 14-day right of withdrawal (in-stock goods)

When you buy in-stock goods (a ready lot) at a distance, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day you, or a person designated by you (other than the carrier), received the goods.

2. When the right of withdrawal does not apply

The law expressly provides cases where the right of withdrawal does not apply, including:

  • goods made to individual order or clearly personalised;
  • goods that deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life;
  • sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons, if unsealed after delivery (e.g. cosmetics, hygiene products);
  • sealed audio, video recordings or software, if unsealed after delivery;
  • digital content whose supply began with your prior consent.

Goods purchased via a buy-out request (to order) are acquired specifically for you from a foreign seller on your individual order. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to them; a return is possible only in case of defect (section 5).

Applying the “made to individual order” exception to buying out a mass-produced item for a specific customer is legally ambiguous. This wording must be confirmed with a lawyer in Georgia before publication.

3. Refund and return deadlines

On a valid withdrawal, we refund the amount paid within 14 calendar days of you notifying us. You return the goods within 7 calendar days of the same moment. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or you provide proof of their dispatch.

By default the refund is made using the same payment method you used; by agreement with you, it may be made by any convenient method.

4. Condition of returned goods

Returned goods must be complete (parts, tags, packaging). You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their characteristics. Return-shipping costs are borne by the customer.

5. Defective goods

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, if goods are defective or do not conform to the contract, you have the rights provided by the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights: repair, replacement, a proportionate price reduction, or a refund in the established manner. These rights also apply to goods bought to order.

6. How to start a return

Write to a1tochka322@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We will confirm the return procedure, the address to send the goods to, and the details for the refund.
